IGDS
Inspired by our TRRAIN Retail Awards, The World Department Store Forum IGDS launched an award to acknowledge the outstanding achievements of sales associates and show support to the employees, worldwide. These awards received global participation in both its editions. The winners were established on the basis of their exceptional performances in fulfilling customer expectations, commitment beyond duty, product knowledge, teamwork and commercial results.
The finalists of their first Award ceremony – in Rome, in 2015 – were selected by a panel led by our founder Mr. B.S. Nagesh. The consecutive editions were held in Toronto in 2017, in Japan in 2019, in Dubai in 2022 and in Seoul in 2025.
