Trust for Retailers and Retail Associates of India

Founded in 2011, Trust for Retailers and Retail Associates of India (TRRAIN) is a 12A, 80G, public charitable trust that aims to catalyse a change in the retail industry by empowering people through retail and creating sustainable livelihoods for Persons with Disabilities and Young Women from low income backgrounds.

 

Based on the pillars of pride, respect, inclusion and development, TRRAIN has been a pioneer and successfully shed light on an important and often overlooked part of the retail industry – its associates.

As TRRAIN, we work towards achieving:

1) An inclusive and gender diverse workforce in retail and allied sectors.

2) Pride and respect in the lives of retail associates, who are the last mile employees in retail and allied sectors.
